About Veniae Services

Veniae is an online dismissal system intended to be used by organizations such as schools to safely dismiss students or other individuals. Veniae allows school officials (also known as "Admin") to enter, organize, and otherwise manage an organization's data regarding the dismissal process. The Veniae system can be accessed from devices with Internet Connectivity such as PCs, smartphones, and tablets.

It is the responsiblity of the Admin to make sure their organization's data is accurate and up-to-date, any email communication sent out via the Veniae Dismissal system is sent to individuals that have agreed to receive such communication. It is the responsiblity of the Admin and system Users to verify the identity of individuals presenting QR Codes to be scanned. Veniae will not be liable for any students dismissed incorrectly.

Usage

You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with Veniae LLC. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity. You are responsible for any addtional users you create for your school and they abide by these terms and conditions.

You will use these services in the manner they were intended to be used. You will use this site in a manner consistent with any, and all, applicable laws, legislation, rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of the organization or representative of organization (Admin) that all applicable laws, legislation, rules and regulations are met. If you violate any restrictions in these terms, you agree to indemnify Veniae for any losses, costs or damages, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by Veniae in relation to, or arising out of, such incident.

Data Retention

Veniae reserves the right to remove any and all data when necessary to clear system storage. If that data is less than 90 days old, organizations will be notified of data removal.

Cancellation and Refunds

Veniae will do its best to provide users with additional features to improve the services offered. These services are provided as-is, if for some reason an organization wishes to cancel their service with Veniae, no refund will be provided.

Payments

Payments will be accepted via third-party processing company (i.e. PayPal, Stripe, etc.) so that Veniae can securly and easily accept payment via Credit or Debit card. As such, Veniae will NOT store any payment data for a user. Payments will be accepted on a yearly basis and will not be prorated except in special circumstances approved by Veniae. If an organization wishes to change thier 'renewal date' when their payment is due, they need to contact Veniae

regarding this change.

Changes to the Service

Veniae is constantly trying to find new and innovative ways to provide you with the best service. These updates and improvements may be based on new technologies or the way clients use the services. In order to do this, Veniae may need to update, start and stop services, reboot servers, etc that the service relies on. This maintenance may cause disruptions in the service from time to time. You agree to these minor interruptions, at anytime you have questions regarding updates or maintenance contact Support.
